Our Restoration Services Include:

On-Site:

• Pick-up & complete inventory (copy of inventory is left on-site)

Once back at our state-of-the-art warehouse:

• Dismantle each item
• Clean each item with hot, pressurized, de-ionized water & solvent that has been designed specifically for electronic equipment
• Rinse thoroughly with de-ionized water
• Thoroughly dry each item in Desiccant Drying Room
• Complete diagnostic testing & reporting of each item
• Re-assemble each item

On-Site:

• Delivery & Set-up (if requested)

We are able to restore electronic equipment that would have previously been replaced. We have a very high success rate, and the cost of restoration is just a fraction of replacement cost.

In the unlikely event that a piece of computer or electronic equipment cannot be restored to pre-loss condition, we will inform both the Insurer and the Insured of this fact in writing.
